Second day was a little better but again food had ran out and had to ask for things, 3rd day a little better but we had to go down earlier and earlier in the hopes it was better. The 1st day, there were no crockery, cutlery, glasses, food had ran out, not enough tables, the tables were dirty and not being cleaned. This could have easily been a 5 star review had it not been the absolute disaster at breakfast.
Acknowledgement of Accor reward status and the room had a lovely touch of balloon and chocolates which were much appreciated. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. The view was stunning and location of the hotel is excellent, close to trains & underground, excel centre, cable cars etc. We loved the hotel, stayed in a suite which was perfect and had lots of room for the 4 of us. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Thames with incredible views of Victoria Dock from the Upper Deck restaurant and bar. Located nearby the O2 Arena, Canary Wharf and London City Airport, our hotel is ideal for guests visiting on business trips.
